Amar M. Vakil is self-trained (experience of 28 years circa 1993 -present) systems scientist in his creation of the Autonomous Universal Predictor (AUP). It is a dynamically nonlinear quantum algorithmic processes via deterministic un-supervisory learning for changes detected in a system via its feedback signal in the presence of noise. Here the underlying model is not known (less understood) in advance (there is no a priori) and measures of information treasured in a quantum bit are partially acquired, clustered and data mined (not data dredged) while correlated spatiotemporally through triangulation of network of (preferably noninvasive) sensors.

AUP is seamlessly nonlinear, quantum, with no computation overhead, and can be made as precise and accurate as required. It is thereby robust and fast while invariant to sensor network complexity and resilient to any data distortions. AUP is primarily suited for mission critical quantum feedback control for dynamical context sensitive operations.

Amar independently uncovered the AUP physical concept, developed, and derived its statistical framework. Furthermore, Amar realized the need to perform high standards evidence experiments in data exploration unique to AUP. This involved litmus tests (separate from Amar’s research development) and experiments to illustrate an AUP application solution at high to mid to low technology readiness levels (TRLs).

Caltech CACR & PI NASA JPL

Litmus tests on certain nonlinear processes (for example complicated Gamma equations involving a factorial function that could not be reduced and brute force computing was the “quick and dirty” option) was sent to Center or Advanced Computation Research (CACR) at California Institute of Technology (Caltech) circa Spring of 1997. The physicist at CACR had to escalate the problem to test run at NASA Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena Ca. Amar’s work was sponsored as an independent testing of Amar’s project outside of NASA JPL to solve a problem which perked curiosity for strictly academic interests.
Amar submitted a project summary to deputy director of supercomputing department deep space science division CODE S at JPL NASA. Amar’s project summary was approved, and tests were run by Amar assigned as Principal Investigator (PI) at JPL with aid of supercomputing staff and co-investigator member of technical staff (MTS) level 6 at the JPL Madre facility in Madre, CA. The Cray J90 nickname “Galaxy” was used, and by end of April 1998 litmus test was found linear and project was completed.

US Patent & Trademark Office

From 1999 to 2001 Amar applied for a patent application on AUP. Subsequently US patent examiner at US patent office (USPTO) kept asking Amar for more information (Amar was defending his application claims to the examiner by phone) not patent related (processes ambiguous to patent protection and difficult to uncover) and Amar chose to keep the process proprietary. Amar ultimately had no option but abandon the patent application for AUP and continued to pursue high to mid to low TRL levels. Amar plans to pursue another patent in the near future while continuing to keep certain processes proprietary.

University of California Irvine FMRI

Amar realized multivariate neuroscience (human brain science) blind source signal separation problem was unique to AUP and approached researcher at University of Irvine California Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (FMRI) Dept. circa 2006. Researcher utilized raw data from an electroencephalogram (EEG) and recognized new pattern correlation across EEG sensors through application of Amar’s AUP. The tests confirmed AUP had high TRL capability. Amar cont. to search for mid to low TRL applications that would suite AUP.

Bigelow NIDS & Stanford SSE

Investigation of mid to low TRL was already in the seed stages. Year 2000, Amar had already corresponded with investigators through Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) at Stanford University, and National Institute of Discovery Science (NIDS) Bigelow Aerospace. Amar asked investigators at SSE and NIDS as follows: “Was there any discussion of intelligent sensors detecting any physical patterns in real time”? The lead person at SSE responded “no”. NIDS investigator informed Amar their current research was in hiatus and soon after NIDS went on ice (research activities subsided).

AUP + OpEMCSS

In 2002 Amar met Dr. John R. Clymer at California State University Fullerton and introduced to Operations Evaluation Modeling Context Sensitive Systems (OpEMCSS). Dr. Clymer quickly realized the importance of AUP to OpEMCSS concerning high dimensional data superseding a classical (silicon based) computer process control and whereby match “frequency to any material”. Amar and John teamed up to advance AUP + OpEMCSS merged tech. reinforcing all TRL levels.
Amar has already completed Ph.D. dissertation requirements for AUP (proprietary R&D spanning nearly 30 years) and can orally defend his AUP thesis (Amar’s APEC power point talk on April 3, 2021 serves another example). Work remains unifying AUP + OpEMCSS and mathematically involved. The unification will cover appropriate rigor for MS and PhD and further studies (see MS and PhD dissertation for AUP + OpEMCSS) while keeping certain AUP process controls proprietary.

Col. Tom Bearden & John Roy Robert Searl

In years prior to AUP conception, circa 1991 to 1993, Amar worked closely under Dr. Robert T. Bush and Dr. Bob Eagleton advanced lab physics at California Polytechnic University in Pomona concerning low energy nuclear reactions (LENR) involving radiation lab use for detection of heavy water tritium (T30). This led Amar in 2005 to correspond with Col. Tom Bearden (CTB) on precursor engineering and AUP and LENR. In 2010 (correspondence with Col. Bearden continued) Amar had a personal meeting with John Roy Robert Searl (JRRS) attempting to bridge JRRS insights through mid to low TRL AUP interface and CTB principles and practice (Bearden, 2000).

Information Universe Conception

Coupling aforementioned to AUP and OpEMCSS with Dr. John R. Clymer, and prior AUP experimentation with UCI and litmus tests at JPL NASA, afforded Amar to examine JRRS claims to Inverse Gravity Vehicle (IGV). Amar found insight in JRRS Law of Squares (LOS) claim to IGV formulation coupling CTB’s concepts to AUP. This did not infringe JRRS claims nor JRRS process controls while offering clues to the existence of an information universe (IU) in continued collaboration with Dr. John R. Clymer to present day (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021).

Movies & Talk Radio

In the interim Amar investigated into Einstein Cartan Unified Field Theory of Myron Evans of Alpha Institute for Advanced Studies (AIAS) and suggested Myron Evans to have AIAS link JRRS IGV. Reinforcing this Amar created two YouTube films to shed independent light on JRRS claims in circa 2012. This referenced CTB and AIAS and attempted to build a knowledge framework for mid to low TRL AUP and OpEMCSS interface for the existence of an IU (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021).
In addition, circa Spring 2013 JRRS invited Amar on Zoom talk with him for US (and another in Australia) for online radio interview (US interview covered JRRS claim of John F. Kennedy close ties and claim to successful testing IGVs at Edwards Air Force Base). Amar again referenced CTB and AIAS and attempted to build a knowledge framework for mid to low TRL AUP and OpEMCSS interface for the existence of an IU (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021). This created a strong bond between Amar, JRRS, CTB and Dr. John R. Clymer, in addition Amar published an abstract acknowledging JRRS insights on ResearchGate (Vakil, Searl, and Clymer, 2018).

Head of Engineering Science Advisory

JRRS gave Amar the title of Head of Engineering Science Advisory (ESA) as independent investigation (not infringing JRRS LOS) using AUP and OpEMCSS interface with Dr. John R. Clymer. Amar’s title lasted circa 2013 to 2015 (ended in spring 2015 due to matters outside the scope of JRRS and Amar and because it stifled efforts to advance any systems science concerning AUP and OpEMCSS), and JRRS, CTB, Dr. John R. Clymer and Amar cont. “independent” (not infringing JRRS LOS) mid to low TRL investigation on IU (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021) and (Vakil, Searl, and Clymer, 2018).

Science Knowledge Frameworks

Complexity in bridging extreme science to mainstream science is kin to crossing an abyss that has no bottom. From circa 2015 to present, Amar has created multiple social media platforms with multiple themes to build science knowledge frameworks (SKF) while carving a path for systems science. Amar writes posts and articles to the character limit (if limits are imposed) for general public and scientific community.

US President(s) Correspondence & Interaction

This afforded Amar having correspondence with President Barack Obama on creation of “Star Trek Initiative” (circa 2015) expressing concerns mutual to APEC. President Barack Obama responded (general letter from the White House) with emphasis on STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) and education and equality (which Amar is strong advocate of). Amar expressed concerns on SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) and extreme science balance between consumer applications and applications for national interests.
Amar had one- or two-way (social media contingent) interaction with President Donald Trump on creation of “US Federal Dept Wholistic Medicine”. Though it does not directly reflect an alternative propulsion, it does overlap another area of science that concerns “energetics research”, the human body. Human body health precursor engineering reflects CTB via natural super optimization of body’s own immune system and JRRS claim of SEG (Searl Effect Generator) ionizing and cleaning the air killing off all viruses out of harmony with living ecosphere (this indeed valid especially during this time involving COVID 19 and future ramifications).

John Fry of Fry Electronics Meeting at CSUDH Math Dept.

In circa fall 2016 Amar corresponded with John Fry (founder of Fry Electronics) and met with him (John Fry) in person (with Dr. John R. Clymer) circa Jan. 2017. Amar arranged a meeting at graduate mathematics department at California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). Discussion was lightly centered on IU and JRRS claim, and all TRL levels concerning AUP + OpEMCSS implications.

Correspondence with Physicist Freeman Dyson

Amar cont. correspondence with former/(active?) lead SSE/NIDS investigators. Amar is presently in direct contact with particular important engineers and scientists overlapping mainstream science in relation to Alternative Propulsion Engineering Conference (APEC). Lastly, circa 2018 Amar corresponded with late physicist Freeman Dyson (received feedback) concerning the IU (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018).

Bachelor of Applied Science Electronics Technology

Amar received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southern California Institute of Technology (SCIT). SCIT is an accredited career trade school with disciplined instructors (many of Amar’s instructors were former military Vietnam veterans). Amar resonated with SCIT hard work ethic (“elbow grease”) designing and building circuits by hand (this means transistors burning your fingers if you do something wrong). Electronics by nature is highly nonlinear given one is building and designing in real life.

Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics

Amar is near completion of an accelerated online adult education Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics at Ottawa University in Ottawa Kansas (Arizona satellite campus for accelerated online adult education). Ottawa University (named after the Ottawa American Indians) has roots that go back to President Lincoln. The school has withstood tumultuous evolution in the formation US and its heritage reflects strong emphasis in liberal arts (writing and speaking well) with education that is rounded while faith-based centered. Assignments regardless of subject are rigorous placing emphasis in essays with APA (American Psychological Association) format. Students are encouraged to explore their individuality through their expressed written works while connecting with their course content.

Masters & Ph.D.: AUP + OpEMCSS using IU

Amar plans to continue graduate school for MS and Ph.D. in mathematics circa 2022 with emphasis in AUP + OpEMCSS. Most of dissertation work for AUP is already completed by Amar buried in 30 feet of research and development in compilation of files and lab notebooks spanning nearly 30 years, and this including testing and experimentation at high TRL. The combined interface of OpEMCSS will enrich details to break into systems science paradigm for mid to low TRL while using the language of mathematics with the aim to clarify the “IU” (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021).

Business & Funding & STEAMS: AUP + OpEMCSS

Amar is spearheading various legitimate means to raise money including SBIR, Advanced Tech. Program (ATP), others, while advocating White House Educate to Innovate Initiative and STEAMS (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Soft skills). Some of Amar’s approach can draw parallels to that of physicist Dr. Jim Gates and his work on “Adinkras” (Gates, 2012). Dr. Jim Gates approach introduces theoretical physics to K-12 and higher studies through STEAMS and engaging the world of deep esoteric theory into public dialogue. Amar finds STEAMS echoes CTB and JRRS, APEC, and related investigators whose work requires high to low TRL stage science framework while filling public void. Here the AUP + OpEMCSS intellectual property and proprietary process controls is central to dollars and “sense” investment so to mutually benefit both public and federal infrastructures in context to spinoff tech. concerning “IU” (Clymer & Vakil, 2017, 2018, 2021).

Certifications & Licenses

Certificates and Licenses Amar received Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification and has met qualifications to sit for Professional Engineering (PE) License in Control Systems through Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. Amar plans to pursue his PE during or after his completion of AUP + OpEMCSS R&D (work in progress). The PE license will afford Amar additional leverage to potentially advance AUP + OpEMCSS R&D towards commercial + national infrastructures.

Professional Experience

Amar is professionally experienced AUP R&D 28 years. He has accrued laboratory and engineering including radiation lab involving specialized instrumentation combined experience in quality assurance, and control and research and development (LENR) approx. 26 years. Amar has professional communications experience (includes sales and marketing of products) of nearly 31 years including making films, talk radio, public presenter, and written works found through various media platforms. Amar has taught and coached K-12 and higher education in several capacities (academic advisor, mentor, adjunct instructor, licensing instructor, teacher, tutor, and demonstrator) accruing 18 years. In addition, Amar worked in private security and maintenance accruing at least 22 years involving direct public interface (legally documenting most if not all human/sometimes wild animal activities from the normal to the abnormal including the need for variety of official public resources frequently involving law enforcement, and rare instances detectives. Lastly, Amar has subjectively and objectively investigated (including a lead in personal encounters with “peri” normal investigators) high strangeness (including personal tragedies) stemming back to circa late 1970s to the present day. All of Amar’s professional experienced years overlap.
