The Hutchison Effect: Remastered Hutchison Effect Footage
Spontaneously melting metals. Objects flying around haphazardly. Strange glows manifesting in the air, and suddenly disappearing. This is the Hutchison Effect, digitally remastered.
The Hutchison Effect is one of the strangest and well-documented physics anomalies ever discovered. It’s been filmed dozens of times – at first on reels of Super-8 film in the early 1980s, and later by television crews from around the world.
This footage is taken from the original Super-8 film reel footage shot by Hutchison, and digitally remastered to remove the grain and film-defects. It is used with permission by John Hutchison & portrays the Hutchison Effect in greater detail than ever before.
The Hutchison Effect is a set of strange physical phenomena that Canadian inventor John Hutchison claimed to produce by manipulating matter with electromagnetic fields. He reported effects like levitation, fusing different materials together, and spontaneously deforming metals, all without using heat.
Manifestations Of the Hutchison Effect In This Video:
- Levitation: Objects, including metal ones, reportedly float or hover, seemingly defying gravity.
- Material Fusion: Metals have been described as merging with wood or other materials without melting or heat.
- Metal Deformation: Metals allegedly twist, bend, fracture, or even liquefy when exposed to these fields.
- Other Phenomena: There have been additional reports of glowing lights, strange magnetic behavior, and unusual pressure changes.
- Unpredictability: The effects are said to be erratic; objects sometimes break apart or move in unexpected ways.
This digitally restored footage represents a small part of the many aspects of the Hutchison Effect to be captured on film by John Hutchison and Dr. George Hathaway during the 1980s.
